Shipping/Delivery:  We will deliver the dairy products to the address specified by you during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible. 

Delivery times provided are approximate estimates only and are subject to change. Order Status will be updated as per the estimated time where users can check. 
The products will be delivered based on stock availability in 1 business  day if the order is placed before the cut off time of 5 pm. If orders are received after the cut off time (5 PM), the order will be delivered in 2 business days. User will be provided with the contact number on the order page once the order is placed and they can reach out for support.

Return: Returns are not accepted in any case unless you notice any damaged or degraded quality product that was delivered. You would agree to submit proof of images of the products with dates in order for us to evaluate and provide an exchange of the product.
